一直保持一個狀態做事和學習,身體會疲倦,心裏也很累,學會適當調節自己情緒,學習久了,自己都困得不行了,但是又不能放棄學習,幹脆做點其它事情,比如自己想了好久無法鼓起勇氣來麵對的事情,或是收拾家務,換個與學習一點都不相關的事情,換個環境後心情也好了,經過適當休息,再來學習,精力旺盛了許多,學習的效果也不錯。
